The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in connection with Biroul P.S. Case No. 317 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 379, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the specific allegation against petitioner no.1 Jinnah Khan and petitioner no.2 Haseen Khan @ Haseen Ahmad Khan that they assaulted the informant with iron rod causing injury on his person, I am not inclined to grant them anticipatory bail. Accordingly, their prayer for anticipatory bail is

So far as petitioner no.3 Firdaus Khan @ Firdaus Alam Khan and petitioner no.4 Jugnu Khan are concerned, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, they are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Biroul, Darbhanga in connection with Biroul P.S. Case No. 317 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
