Learned counsel for the Patna Municipal Corporation does not oppose.
In view of the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed off as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid. In the event the petitioner appears before the authority on the next date, the proceeding would be concluded expeditiously and within a maximum period of six months, provided there is co-operation on the part of the petitioner.
