In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Sour Bazar P.S. Case No. 151 of 2016 for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 302, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per allegation, the petitioners were there at the place of occurrence and, in group, they have assaulted the Informant side in which the father of the Informant has died.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28483 of 2016 (4) dt.11-08-2016 In that view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners, above named, is rejected.
