Mr. Vijay Anand, learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the application to challenge the appellate order before the revisional authority.

Even though the appellate order is of the year 2016, but under the facts and circumstances of this case,

Patna High Court CWJC No.1257 of 2021 dt.21-02-2022 2/2 we are inclined to and do observe that in case a revision is filed by the petitioner against the order canceling the license of the petitioner and the same having been upheld by the appellate authority, the revisional authority shall entertain the same and after hearing the petitioner, shall pass an order within the stipulated period of sixty days thereafter.
