The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhagalpur Mahila P.S. Case No. 07 of 2021 registered under Sections 323, 341, 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive and dirty politics. Further he submits that earlier on 24.06.2020, petitioner has filed Matrimonial Case. It is also submitted that petitioner
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52430 of 2021(2) dt.13-04-2022 2/2 has no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-XII, Bhagalpur in connection with Bhagalpur Mahila P.S. Case No. 07 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
