JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 12-02-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Chanpatia P.S. Case No. 105 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 406, 420, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against this petitioner is that he had taken money in connection with transfer of land but has not honoured his promise.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 19.07.2020.

Considering the nature of transaction, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) with two

Case No. 105 of 2020. However, grant of bail of the petitioner will not cause any prejudice to the informant in realizing money paid to the petitioner by other means as admissible under law.
