A show cause has been filed on behalf of the State of Bihar, wherein it has been stated that vide order contained in Memo No.1780 dated 26.08.2013, the opposite party after fixing responsibility for an unauthorized construction of the road has directed restoration of the land to the raiyat (petitioner). Memo No.1780 dated 26.08.2013 has also been brought on the record as Annexure C to the present show cause filed on behalf of the State of Bihar.
