ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 28-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioners being the Bhaisur and Gotani of the deceased lady who died on account of non payment of demand of dowry, are apprehending their arrest in connection with Samho P.S. Case No. 25 of 2015, registered for offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that save and except the general and omnibus allegations, there is no further allegation against these petitioners. It is further submitted that they are living separately and have nothing to do with the demand of motorcycle by the husband.

Considering the nature of allegation made against the present petitioners, let the petitioners above named, in the event of

No.47209 of 2015 (3) dt.28-01-2016 2/2 their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000 (Rs. Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M, Begusarai in connection with Samho P.S. Case No. 25 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
