The petitioners are in custody since 01.08.2017 in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/366A/376/354/379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that there is no specific allegations against two brothers, namely, the present petitioners Banti Sharma and Mukesh Sharma, but the main allegation is against Deepak Sharma who is the third brother and that these are not having any criminal antecedent, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount
