JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 08-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 397 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 363 and 366(A)/34 of Indian Penal Code.
In the written report it is alleged that daughter of the informant who is 16 years old had gone to school in the morning and while she was returning from the school, petitioner along with other accused persons have kidnapped the daughter of the informant.
Case diary has been received.
From the case diary it appears that victim girl is still traceless.
