JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 01-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Mirganj P.S. Case No. 214 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 302, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 12.12.2017. He is not named in the written report. Police has arrested the petitioner and recorded his confessional statement.

From the impugned order it appears that name of this petitioner has come on the basis of his self confession before the police.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53407 of 2018 (3) dt.01-10-2018 2/2 the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XVI, Gopalganj, in connection with Mirganj P.S.
