2. At the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach before the respondent no. 4, the Chairman, Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board, Patna for redressal of his grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate

Patna High Court CWJC No.1096 of 2021(5) dt.19-06-2024 2/2 representation is filed, within a period of two weeks from today, the respondent no. 4 shall dispose of the same after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through his counsel by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

4. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion with regard to the merits of the claim of the petitioner.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
