JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 18-02-2022 Heard both the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Chauri P.S. Case No.34 of 2021 instituted for the offences under Sections 307, 353, 414, 386, 387, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code & Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 and 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that case under sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code has been registered on the suspicion that the petitioner is involved in the planning in a case of committing murder although he was not present at the sight nor any recovery has been made from the petitioner's house. Learned counsel submits that similarly placed co-accused has been granted bail by this Court.
