In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief;-
Patna High Court CWJC No.1538 of 2021(2) dt.24-01-2022 2/3 " For of an appropriate writ/ writs, Order/ orders, Direction/ directions to the respondent authorities for making payment of salary ( pay) to the petitioner which they denied unreasonable, maliciously and arbitrarily from Nov- 2007 till date by ignoring his continuous work against respective post and the work whatever assigned to him by the authorities and the subsequent relief for payment of interest on delayed payment till date of actual payment at prescribed rate and litigation cost also for unnecessary harassment and for other necessary relief/ reliefs on the basis of the facts and circumstances of the case enumerated and stated hereinafter Perusal of the records, it is evident that there is no

Therefore, the petitioner is hereby directed to furnish detail representation in support of his prayer before the competent authority within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order. On receipt of such representation the competent authority is hereby directed to pass speaking order within a period of two months from the date of receipt of petitioner's representation.
