It appears that vide order dated 17.09.2016 passed by this Court, the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail in connection with Sangrampur (Tetiabammer) P.S. Case No.46 of 2016 but, in advertently, in the second paragraph of the aforesaid order, in place of "Sangrampur (Tetiabammer) P.S. Case No.46 of 2016", "Sangrampur (Tetiabammer) P.S. Case No.45 of 2016" has been typed.

In that view of the matter, in the second paragraph of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36563 of 2016 (3) dt.28-09-2016 2/2 the order dated 17.09.2016 passed by this Court, "Sangrampur (Tetiabammer) P.S. Case No.45 of 2016" be read as "Sangrampur (Tetiabammer) P.S. Case No.46 of 2016".

The order dated 17.09.2016 passed by this Court is modified to the aforesaid extent only.
