In the present writ application, the following relief has been sought for on behalf of the petitioner :

(1) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the appellate order dated 11.08.2010 and also for quashing the original order dated 01.06.2010, under Memo No. 390/D, issued under the signature of Executive Director, Bihar Industrial Area Development Authority (in short 'BIADA'), Regional Office, Bhagalpur by

Patna High Court CWJC No.16498 of 2010(7) dt.10-01-2019 2/2 which allotted land 6000 sq. feet has been cancelled and paid amount had been seized and for a direction to grant all other consequential benefits in the sid term for which petitioner is entitled for.

On behalf of the petitioner, it has been submitted that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the order dated 18.03.2015 passed in L.P.A. No.353 of 2008.

The present writ application stands disposed of in terms of the order dated 18.03.2015 passed in L.P.A. No.353 of 2008.
