JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 09-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is an accused in a case under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case, in brief, is that some unknown miscreants committed theft in the house of informant. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Later on his name transpired on the confessional statement of co-accused. Nothing has been recovered from his possession and he is in custody since 28.06.2018. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and charge sheet has also been submitted in this case. Heard learned APP appearing for the State. He has opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that C.D.R. report shows the presence of the petitioner at the place of occurrence.

Case No.32 of 2018.
