Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No. 322 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under sections 304B/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and they have been falsely implicated in this case merely because they are relatives of the husband of the deceased. Nothing specific is alleged against these petitioners. The husband of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51663 of 2021(4) dt.26-04-2022 2/2 deceased is in custody.

Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, I, Patna City in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No. 322 of 2021 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
