The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468,471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and is a woman and the informant alleges that petitioner secured appointment as Panchayat Teacher based on forged and fabricated marksheet of intermediate.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case based on an ex-parte inquiry conducted behind her back, in pursuance

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42474 of 2022(2) dt.13-12-2022 2/2 whereof the present FIR came to be instituted, it is next submitted that had an opportunity been given to the petitioner to explain her side of the case perhaps the FIR would not have been instituted.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 197 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Satyavrat Verma, J) Shivam/- U T
