2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 118(1), 115(2), 109, 303(2), 352 and 3(5) of the B.N.S..
3. As per prosecution case, on the alleged date and time of occurrence, all the F.I.R. named accused persons, including this petitioner, came variously armed and started abusing informant. Upon protest, co-accused Sandip Kumar assaulted informant with knife and this petitioner, along with other co-accused persons, snatched Rs. 50,000/- cash from the informant and fled away.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has

From bare perusal of the F.I.R. it is apparent that specific accusation of stabbing the informant with knife is against co-accused Sandip Kumar, who has already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 03.04.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17715 of 2026. So far as this petitioner is concerned, he is only alleged to have snatched cash from the informant along with other co-accused persons and there is absolutely no allegation of overt act against him.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and general and omnibus nature of accusation, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is allowed.
7. Accordingly, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M.F.C., East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Banjariya P.S. Case No. 585 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43665 of 2026(2) dt.08-07-2026 3/3 the B.N.S.S..
