Having regard to the law in this regard, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Bihta, Patna by filing an appropriate application under the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 whereupon the Circle Officer, Bihta, Patna shall take appropriate and needful action in accordance with law.
