ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 15-03-2016 The petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 17.10.2014 passed in Case No. 11M of 2013 by the SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura. Considering that the impugned order is merely granting interim maintenance, I am not inclined to interfere with the same. Hence the application is rejected.
