JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 23-03-2021 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the respondent concern to pay compensation for 18 decimal of Land of Khata No. 228, Plot No. 1959, Thana No. 18, Mouza-Harinkol, Anchal-Pirpainti, District-Bhagalpur inasmuch as 0.40 acres of the said Plot No. 1959 has been acquired for Pirpainti Thermal Power Project vide L.C. Case No. 26/11-12 but compensation has been paid only for 0.22 acres land and compensation for 0.18 acres land is still unpaid for which the petitioner is running pillar to the post since last five years."
