The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Falka (Pothiya) P.S. Case No. 143 of 2017 dated 14.06.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 302 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The father of the informant was called by one Mohan Hasda for returning his money. Later, when the father of the informant did not return for sometime, the informant went in search for him and found that his father was sitting in company of the petitioner and others in a bamboo field. The informant witnessed that the petitioner and others were having heated discussion with his father. When the informant wanted to take his father back home, the petitioner is said to have told him that his

When the informant confronted the petitioner as to what had happened to his father, the petitioner is said to have told him that he does not even know his father. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner above named, for the present, who is in custody since 16.06.2017.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
