2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36942 of 2023(17) dt.20-11-2024 2/3 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-B) a/26/35 of the Arms Act, Section 20(b)/ii(c)/23(c) of the NDPS Act and Section 120 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, 1 kg 10 gram charas and armed has been recovered from the house of the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail since 01.06.2022.
6. Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is dismissed. The court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner.
8. If the trial is delayed by the prosecution, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.

2. This is an application for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 377 of 2022, registered under Sections 20(b), 11(c), 23(c) of the NDPS Act and Section 25(1-b) a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act and Section 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, 1 kg 20 gram charas and a country made pistol with cartridge has been recovered from the house of the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail since 01.06.2022.
6. Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is dismissed. The court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner.
