Case No. 187 of 2017, whereby cognizance has been taken against him under Sections 363, 366 and 498 of the Indian Penal Code and the order dated 01.03.2019 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Madhubani in Cr. Revision No. 480

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42968 of 2019(2) dt.31-07-2019 2/2 of 2018 / 539 of 2018, whereby the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, referred to above, has been confirmed.

2. Mr. Sanjeev Kumar, the learned Advocate for the petitioner, after some arguments, seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to enable the petitioner to approach the Court below, if so advised, at the appropriate stage of discharge.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. Should such a petition be filed, the same shall be looked into by the learned Court below and a reasoned order shall be passed without being prejudiced by the fact that the present petition has not been entertained by this Court.
