JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 29-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in K. Hat (Madhubani) P.S. Case No. 305 of 2014 instituted for the offence under Sections 384, 420, 465, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The instant case has been registered on the basis of Complaint petition.

From the allegation in the complaint petition it appears that it is a mater of civil dispute.

Petitioner is in custody since 17.03.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53498 of 2018 (3) dt.29-10-2018 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with K.
