Learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to remove the defects within three weeks. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within undertaken period, the office will place the matter before the Bench.
The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 05.04.2022 passed in Cr. App.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43871 of 2022(2) dt.24-08-2022 2/2 No. 4801 of 2019 to the extent of extending the period of surrender.
On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended by four weeks after depositing Rs. 2000/- each in the victim compensation fund from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Jehanabad SC/ST P.S. Case No. 23 of 2019 pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge 1st Jehandbad.
The order dated 05.04.2022 is modified to the extent indicated above.
Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
