JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 17-02-2022 Heard both the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Vidyapati Nagar P.S. Case No.03 of 2014 instituted for the offences under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration that the petitioner has been absconding in a case which was registered in the year 2014, even if the co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail in the year 2015, which is apparent that the petitioner has tried to escape from being arrested or from being interrogated.
