21-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Vijay Kumar Verma, learned counsel, who has appeared on behalf of Opp.Parties.
The present petition was filed with a prayer to initiate contempt proceeding against Opp.Parties on an allegation of disobedience to an order dated 10.07.2012 passed in C.W.J.C.No.8707 of 2012.
In this case, show cause and supplementary show
Patna High Court MJC No.5386 of 2013 (6) dt.21-01-2015 2/2 cause have been filed and in supplementary show cause, it has been indicated that in compliance with the order of the writ court, payment has already been made. Even interest in compliance with the order of the writ court i.e. 12% has been calculated, which has come to Rs. 59732/- and the same has been paid. In view of facts and circumstances, there is no need to keep the matter pending. The petition stands disposed of. (Rakesh Kumar, J) NKS/- U
