The petitioner seeks bail in Mithanpura P.S. Case No. 103 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 406, 341, 323, 506, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, Informant gave Rs. 8,20,000/- to the accused persons for purchase of land on the advice of petitioner, but neither sale deed was executed in his favour nor money was returned to him.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and he is broker. Khushbu Devi is alleged to have negotiated the matter and received the consideration money for selling her land. Only allegation against this petitioner is that petitioner was known to

Petitioner is in custody since 11.06.2021 having clean antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 9th, Muzaffarpur in connection with Mithanpura P.S.
