Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects within three weeks of normal functioning of the court proceeding. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within undertaken period, the office will place the matter before the Bench.
Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is that he along with his family members pressurized and tortured the daughter of the informant for payment of Rs. 1,00,000/- and a Hero Honda Motorcycle and always used to assault her. It is alleged that daughter of the informant was killed by the accused persons by

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased and he has been separated from the family of the deceased in mess and business. He submits that husband of the deceased has been surrendered before the learned court below on 22.03.2021. He further submits that petitioner bears no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the bail application and he is languishing in judicial custody since 08.06.2020. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 77 of 2020.
