The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Karja P.S. Case No. 36 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and 25 (1-b) a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. He is being sought to be arrested in a case under Section 399, 402 of the IPC. The petitioner was not present at the place of occurrence and other accused persons have been arrested. Keeping in view, I am inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the above named petitioner and in the event
