14. 02.03.2016 In the nature of dispute between the parties, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre but none of the parties appear there.

Be that as it may, considering the merits of the case, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 10.01.2014 is, hereby, confirmed on the same terms in connection with Complaint Case No. 1179(C) of 2012 pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif. However, a sum of Rs. 750/- shall be increased to Rs. 1,500/- per month to be paid in favour of the Complainant by the Petitioner.
