The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 25.11.2013, by which the Special Judge, Vigilance 1st, Patna refused to release Rs.5 lacs in Special case No.30 of 2013 arising out of Economic Offence Patna P.S. case No.21 of 2013, which the Petitioner claims to be her own and not that of her husband and requires it for treatment.
Be that as it may, since the Petitioner undertakes to deposit the said amount within three weeks from the date of receipt of notice in any proceeding for confiscation and is ready to give surety
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47774 of 2015 dt.20-04-2016 2/2 of equal amount, the application is allowed and the Court below is directed to disburse the amount within a period of five weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
