It appears that earlier this writ petition was dismissed for non-prosecution on 07.05.2015, but vide order dated 20.01.2017 passed in M.J.C. No. 2073/15 this case was restored to its original file. Thereafter, the case was placed 'For Admission' on many dates. On 09.02.2017 also none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Considering the facts aforesaid, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
