The petitioner is in custody since 18.07.2017 in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/324/307/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the dispute arose on account of petty occurrence and there was clearly no intention to kill. The role assigned to the petitioner is that he hit from the back also does not reveal any injury save and except a cut on the chin.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the
