This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 262 of 2022 registered under section 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, eleven person are said to have assaulted the deceased. The deceased has got one injury on the temporal region. The petitioner is in custody since 24.02.2023.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody and the nature of

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge if the charge is not framed yet and on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Pupri, Sitamarhi in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 262 of 2022.
