JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 10-08-2015 Having regard to the fact that the termination of the petitioner was made in the year 2007 on the post of Anganbari Sevika on the ground that the educational qualification possessed by her was not in keeping with the Anganbari Sevika/Sahayika Guidelines, 2006 and the admitted position that her such educational qualification of Prathama from Hindi Sahitya Sammelan Allahabad has already been held to be ineligible by the Division Bench of this Court in the case of State of Bihar Vs. Mamta Kumari & Ors. reported in 2010(4) PLJR 318, this writ application assailing the cancellation of appointment of the petitioner on the post of Anganbari Sevika must fail and is hereby dismissed.
