Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned A.C. to Standing Counsel - 6, submits that as per instruction, grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed, however; he contended that petitioner is also entitled to get interest on delayed payment. The Court is of the opinion that since grievance, which was raised in the present writ petition, has already been redressed, there is no need to keep the matter pending. The writ petition stands disposed of.
