Patna High Court CWJC No.10020 of 2023(5) dt.21-04-2025 2/2 directing the petitioner to make a fresh representation before the respondent no. 3 within four weeks from today raising all grounds which he raised in the writ petition as well as other grounds, if he so advised, and in turn, the concerned respondent is also directed to consider and decide the same in accordance with relevant rules and law and pass a reasoned order probably within three months from the submission of such representation.
