For issuance of mandamus against the respondents concerned to provide dues
Patna High Court CWJC No.10915 of 2023(2) dt.11-12-2023 2/2 payment/wages to the petitioner with interest for working as "Roller Driver" from 09.04.2013 to 15.08.2014 (Total 16 months and 6 days) on daily wages.
(ii). For issuance of direction upon Assistant Engineer rural the Works Department, works Sub-Division Ghosi to send requisition to the Executive Engineer Rural works Department, works Division Jehanabad in light of his Letter 2816 dated 05.12.2014 for payment of dues salary/ wages to the petitioner who worked as Roller Driver on Daily wages in Rural works Department, works-Sub-Divisioon, Ghosi (Jehanabad)."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
