The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 367 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners and the informant are Gotias and there is case and counter case between the parties. It is further submitted that the injuries are simple in nature. It is further submitted that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and there is a land dispute between the parties.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47262 of 2015 (2) dt.11-01-2016 above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 367 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C..
