Petitioner is in custody in connection with Bhagwanpur (Belaon) P.S. Case No. 134 of 2020 for the offence under section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the instant case, it is alleged that the petitioner was involved in snatching valuable and cash after assaulting the informant with butt of katta.

The petitioner is in custody since 23.8.2020. In a case registered against unknown, it is obligatory on the part of the prosecution to put the suspect on TIP yet the petitioner has not been put on TIP in this case.

No.38950 of 2020(2) dt.12-02-2021 2/2 Under the aforesaid circumstances, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua, in connection with Bhagwanpur (Belaon) P.S. Case No. 134 of 2020 .
