The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 504, 506, 307, 324 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has antecedent of three cases and the informant alleges that on 03.08.2020, measurement of his land was being done when the accused persons including the petitioner were making a video recording of the same on which the informant objected.

No.52294 of 2021(2) dt.21-06-2022 2/3 there armed with pistol and exhorted the other accused persons to kill the informant on which, Salo Yadav, Rakesh Kumar and the petitioner opened fire from their pistol causing firearm injury over the left thigh of the informant. It is next alleged that when the wife of the informant came to save him, she also received gunshot injury over her head and right hand. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is submitted that the petitioner is an I. T. Professional and presently is working as Senior Software Engineer at M/s Harbinger Systems Private Limited, Pune. It is next submitted that during COVID, he came back to his house as the work has started online.
It is next submitted that thereafter since this petitioner was known to Shailesh Kumar and Rakesh Kumar and other accused persons, as such, he was also implicated in three cases. It is next submitted that all the three cases were instituted against the petitioner in Year 2020 itself, prior to that he was a person with clean antecedent. It is next submitted that even assuming what has been alleged is true without admitting for the purposes of anticipatory bail, then the allegation as alleged in the F.I.R.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52294 of 2021(2) dt.21-06-2022 3/3 informant or his wife. It is also submitted that the allegations are general and omnibus in nature.
The learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposes the anticipatory bail application.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is working as a Senior Software Engineer at Pune and is a young man of 27 years of age, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Roh P. S. Case No.118 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
The application stands allowed.
