2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 4 / 5 of the Explosive Substance Act, 1908.
3. One Scorpio, loaded with explosive substances, alongwith one person was apprehended by the police and the apprehended person namely Sidharth Kumar disclosed the name of petitioner and others, who are indulged in sell and purchase of such substances.
4. Petitioner has been made accused in this case on the basis of confessional statement of apprehended co-accused Sidharth Kumar. No incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is neither owner nor driver of the alleged Scorpio. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Dehri, District Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Dehri (T) P.S.
