20-01-2017 Heard Sri Baidyanath Thakur, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.C. to Govt. Pleader - 27. The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore C.W.J.C. No. 4606 of 2013, which stood dismissed on 03-02-2014, as not pressed, since counsel for the petitioner was absent on the date of hearing.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn my attention to statement made in paragraph - 3 of the present petition, which suggest that since learned counsel for the petitioner was ill, he could not appear.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties and considering the fact disclosed in the petition, same is allowed. Let C.W.J.C. No. 4606 of 2013 be restored to its original file.
