The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 164/2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/308/379/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are said to have assaulted the prosecution party due to a trivial dispute of boundary-wall of their agricultural land. Injuries sustained are simple in nature. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the present application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
