The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in Alamganj P.S. case No. 73 of 2016 instituted for the offences under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation has been made that wife of the informant has illicit connection with other persons and three persons have sprinkled Kerosene Oil and burnt the victim. Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
