The petitioner is in custody since 19.09.2021 in connection with Araria (Bairgachhi)P.S. Case No. 466 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 3⁄4 of the Explosive Substance Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to enmity. It is further submitted that no incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances and relying upon the impugned order that the petitioner has clean antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten
